We are planning our 7th Annual Veteran's Day Celebration to be held here at Faith EFC on November 6, 2010. We define Veterans as anyone who has served in the Armed Forces. Veterans, their families and friends are invited to join us that day. Please set that date aside for this fun event. We will be honoring those who are veterans of armed conflicts since the Vietnam War. This will include the Gulf War, the Iraq War and the Afghanistan War. Our MC for the event is Mr. Dick Foth, Teaching Pastor at Timberline Church. Our speakers are Heather and Brian Ivers. Brian, a Marine Corps Reserve Gunnery Sergeant, has been deployed to each of the Middle East conflicts. His wife, Heather, has given great counsel to spouses and families of deployed people. We are looking forward to hearing their presentation. If you have questions or wish to obtain further information, e-mail us at vetsday@faithefc.org.
