PACE is a Bible study ministry at Faith, which stands for “Post Abortion Counseling Education”. If you have had an abortion in your past, it is very likely affecting your life in significant ways that you may not even realize. You are not alone. Some statistics are now saying that nearly 43% of all women of child–bearing age have had an abortion, and 90% of these women have unresolved emotional stresses following their abortions. Guilt, depression, difficulty with intimacy, anger, and alienation from God are some of the common symptoms that follow in the aftermath of an abortion. These symptoms can surface many years later and can touch every meaningful relationship in the woman’s life.
If you have had an abortion, you can be set free by the grace of God from these feelings. You can even become a more effective minister of His word and be used by God to reach others who are hurting.
