"THE SKILLED POTTER AND THE CLAY POTS"

Do you ever question what God is doing in your life? God is our Maker. He is the skilled Potter and we are the clay pots. Throughout our lives, He continually works with us and shapes us to become the beautiful finished product He has designed us to be! But sometimes His shaping is painful and we cry out, "Lord, what are you doing?"
The nation of Israel didn't think God knew what He was doing in their lives and so they turned to the world for answers. As we study the amazing book of Isaiah this coming year in WOW, we will learn how God shaped the nation of Israel through painful discipline and healing comfort. Our prayer is that we will be humbled and challenged to yield to God's loving and creative work in our own lives.
